The book argues that structural fairness can be measured, activated in citizens, and scaled globally. PlayerOne is how each of those arguments gets tested in real conditions with real people.

Proof 01 · Measurement
Structural fairness can be quantified.
The Fairness Index is a 25-question Likert instrument measuring governance fairness perception across five domains. It produces an Objective Fairness Index (OFI) score on a 1–5 scale. It is published, peer-accessible, and in active use. The claim that fairness is too subjective to measure is now falsified.

Every design decision in PlayerOne was made with global replication in mind. The FI instrument, the Journey pipeline, the steward governance model, and the certificate infrastructure are all jurisdiction-agnostic.
